We have just come back from a weeks stay at Birdies Nest and can honestly say it was fantastic! Prince went above and beyond for us, and especially with the current pandemic he was always checking our travel plans to make sure we were okay and would be able to get home. He gave us recommendations of places to visit and sorted out a great little jeep for us to tour around the island. Will absolutely be staying here again in the future. Thanks again Prince & Princess!

Birdie‘s Nest is a lovely place right by the ocean. Here you can surely experience the real Caribbean hospitality and lifestyle. We had the large upstairs appartment with two large bedrooms, spacious living area and our own deck. The shared infinity pool is a wonderful add on, next to the direct beach access. Close by you can find great eats or stores after a short drive. Our host Prince, has been extremely helpful and supportive with information and tips. An add on he offers is rental cars and pick up from the airport. If we pick Tobago again, we definately will come back.

When I saw photos of Birdie's Nest, I knew immediately that this was the perfect place for me. I would have stayed my entire stay here if it was available. As it was Prince and his mother Princess worked for hours so I could check in a day early for a 4 night stay in the upper 2BR/2BA unit. Large living room with cable TV and a view of the Caribbean. A nicely appointed kitchen, large BR and large bath. Upstairs you have your own patio and your own deck with a view. Downstairs is an infinity pool and a nice patio and yard right over the ocean waves. At night even with all doors and windows closed, the waves came through to give me a restful sleep. Good restaurants and beaches are minutes away by car. What makes this place special? The unending attention and work of Prince Robinson. He also provided me with a very nice and reasonable rental car which he delivered to the upper end of the island to where i was staying before I came to his place. Once I was at Birdie's Nest he was there to arrange anything I wanted, provide me with any information. He is very proud of his business and works hard to make it so. I made the perfect choice.

The birdie’s nest is a really bird nest with all those bird flying around and suround the property it is a very quiet place the best place to stay in Tobago the waterfront property and pool are amazing but on top the ownerPrince and family take care of us like family, over are winter trip we meet many owner but seriously Prince was the best of all of them we highly recommande this place as one of the best experience too cool down in Tobago!!!

Prince was the perfect host, giving us a great deal of information about Tobago, with suggestions of where to eat, where to visit, best beaches, best snorkelling etc. Birdie's Nest with its infinity pool and beachside position is the perfect base to explore the beautiful, unspoilt island of Tobago. My suggestion for anyone traveling to Tobago is to book with prince! He is very knowledgeable about Tobago. This is the most wonderful spot I’ve ever stayed in with air b n b. Prince is so sweet and helpful! When we arrived the place was SPOTLESS and so clean! The pool was clean and warm! We had amazing stay.

My husband and I were contemplating a hotel stay in Black Rock but ultimately decided to stay at Birdie's Nest...best decision ever! It delivered everything we could possibly want: a clean, quiet, relaxed location; a warm pool (often empty) with loungers and a hammock; beach in walking distance; ample amenities in fantastic condition (stove, toaster, microwave, wifi, TV, storage space/drawers for clothing, bath/beach towels, bedside tables with reading lamps, iron with ironing board). Such a super comfortable 1 bed-apartment. Everything worked great; shower, toilet, water pressure was wonderful. You really can't ask for more....but alas, you get more. You will be welcomed and attended to by Prince, the warmest of hosts and a walking guidebook to all that Tobago has to offer. Can't wait to return! My husband told me that he misses going to sleep to the sound of ocean waves. This place is a gem.

Excellent stay, the short term rental always offers so much more freedom than a hotel. This one is in a great location right on the beach, which you can walk down some steps to or look at it from the infinite pool on the premises. The host Prince can’t do enough for you to make your stay a perfect one. Vast local knowledge, he organized our transport to and from the airport, provided us with a car, recommended dinner spots and even booked us an excursion via Pops Tours (a must if you go) taking us along the west coast of the island for some snorkeling/dolphin spotting/fishing/island history and heritage as well as food and drink all included. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Let me start off by thanking the owner prince. He was amazing, made us feel like family. He gave us great advice and stood by his motto of "its the people" that count. His prices were very reasonable and honestly I was shocked how much amenities we had for the price. So let me start, 1) literally you can throw a rock to the ocean from the property that has a private staircase to prince's piece of the beach. 2) his location is very accessible to food, other beaches, bars and shops. I suggest renting a car and he can help with that. 3) you never feel like a tourist if you don't want too. Very secure compound with great pool or you can walk 15 minutes down the beach to mingle. 4) prince knows everyone on the island, and is accepted with smiles and laughter everywhere you go. As a single father of two teens I was terrified to let them out my site, prince told me "yea man, its vacation" its ok... and he was right! With then two hours, my two were running around with other people Prince personally knew. The local food was great and word to the wise, trust what he says, he will not only save you money he will never stir you wrong. I was skeptical maybe it was like when I visited Mexico that everyone was just trying make money on tourist. Not the case at all Prince will tell you about deals and good food. To sum up my vacation, fabulous never bette and we made memories that will last forever. Again thank you Prince, you truly have touched my family's life and was a great host. And p.s. the pictures does not do the place justice...rent this place or you will be sorry when u visit the island and see how much u missed.

I stayed at Birdie's Nest the weekend for my birthday with my family and I had no complaints. Prince was very friendly, welcoming and nice. The upstairs apartment we stayed was very clean as well as the compound with the pool. The view was amazing no matter the time of the day. It felt like a private getaway, yet close enough to everything. It was a peaceful experience and will stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

I really recommend this car rental! My boyfriend and I went to Tobago in October 2019 and from the very beginning Prince was very nice, responsive and accommodating. We had to change our vehicle by a 4x4 last minute and he made it happen even though they were all booked out. He offered to pick us up at the airport and also gave us a discount for the 2 week rental which is always appreciated :) All in all, everything went well, you can definitely count on those guys. Thanks a lot for your professionalism and kindness.

We stayed with prince and princess 6 years ago now. Myself and my children still rave about what a fantastic experience we had at birdies nest. I can’t say enough about this place but I will try. Firstly prince is fantastic. He truly cares about his guests and makes it his mission to ensure you enjoy your vacation to the fullest. He is helpful, kind, knowledgeable and really enjoys seeing his guests happy. We stayed for three weeks over Christmas. The property was clean and in an amazing location. You are directly on one of the beaches but if you travel up the road 5 minutes and travel through a small local village there is a beautiful cove with shallower, calmer waters and snorkeling directly off the beach. There is a wonderful little restaurant right off the beach. A small shop to purchase beers. It is just lovely.

Let me 1st start by saying Prince is one of the nicest hosts that I have ever encountered dealing Airbnb. He went out his way to make sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. My stay included myself, my husband and our 8 year old daughter. It was very important that we stayed in a safe area with a pool and access to the beach. We got this with Prince. We also was able to rent a SUV with him. Prince was kind enough to pay to have a taxi pick us up from the airport. We missed our flight and taxi was still waiting for us and then took us to the grocery store. Please keep in mind this is a true authentic Tobago home. Also do yourself a favor and travel during the day when first arrive because you won’t appreciate the true beauty of your location if you 1st travel at night. If you are looking for a great place to relax with a pool and private beach, then this is the place for you. It seemed like we had the beach to ourselves which my 8 year old daughter loved. There was one other guest staying at the apartment below us but for the most part we had the pool to ourselves. However, his guest became a friend so we enjoyed sharing the pool with him. The apartment was great; very clean. Great working remote control air conditioning units. Prince also recommended some great local restaurants. One of our best vacations. We will be back!!!

My girlfriend and I had an incredible 3 day stay in Tobago - Prince Robinson, the owner and manager of Birdie's Nest, worked tirelessly to make sure that we experienced the best of Tobago. The day we landed, Prince picked us up and gave us a brief tour around the area, brought us to a local supermarket to pick up any necessities and checked us into our place. He also set us up with one of his rental cars and pointed us to areas where we should drive around and things we should not miss out on. Over the course of the next 3 days, Prince not only checked in to make sure that we were safe and having a good time, but went out of his way to find unique things for us to see / do. For example, on our first night, Price called us at 9PM to tell us that Leatherback turtles at the beach were laying eggs and that we could accompany him to go and see them. Despite the fact that he had probably seen this dozens of times, Prince accompanied us for 3+ hours to find the turtle, watch it lay eggs, patch up the hole, dig a "fake" hole, and then waddle back out to sea. The following night, Prince called us again to tell us that his friend had found recently hatched turtles and that they were planning to release them back into the ocean and asked if we wanted to join. In a similar series of events, Prince made sure we didn't miss out on any of the action and stuck with us until the end.

From the moment we arrived at the airport in Tobago our family of 5 were warmly greeted by Prince. He had our rental vehicle on spot for our immediate use while he took our luggage in another vehicle to our villa - Birdie's Nest. We were invited in barefooted and in hindsight we realized that this was his way of boasting how clean the floors were. The entire two bedroom apartment on the top floor was spacious,immaculately clean with a fully equipped kitchen,a large tv,updated sofa and fully air-conditioned.There is wooden deck overlooking an infinity pool and beautiful ocean in an easy walking distance. Grounds were well manicured. This golden nest is close to many restaurants,other beaches and other places of interest. Prince, our "island brother" attended to our every need with a warm,genuine smile and we all felt like royalty. Highly recommended.

You will not regret booking this location! Prince is very prompt and informative. I felt like we became friends before i got to the house! PROS: Apt is clean, A/C work, amenities work, Prince can open the laundry room for you if you need those services, infinity pool is a huge plus, plenty of space near the pool or terrace to sit and enjoy the views. We used one table to play UNO at every night! Infinity pool is fantastic! Beach is accessible, nice for walking on the beach, lots of rocks so not swimmable but there is a beach near by for swimming! Prince is always available! We requested more towels for pool/shower use, and got them very quickly. We also rented a car with him which was a great add-on! Easy to drive around the area to pick up groceries etc! Prince is really informative and lets you know of places to go, touristy attractions, local bits etc. We stayed in touch with Prince through (Hidden by Airbnb) and honestly i have never seen a host more hands on, the trip was really enjoyable. It was my friends birthday during our stay, and Prince was kind enough to help me out with planning a few surprises, this was really nice of him and he went above and beyond to help us out! CONS: Initially when Prince and i were speaking, i was looking at a catamaran for the day of my friends birthday, Prince had suggested a private boat tour, i guess in my mind i merged both options together without realizing the catamaran was one option and the boat tour was another option. So all of us assumed it was the catamaran ( he provided me with the link before hand) until we got to the pier. We ended up taking a very small boat for the coastal tour, snorkeling and nylon pool. We should have gone with the catamaran, a wave came and knocked the small boat on its side, a lot of water came into the boat and all of our totes, towels, snacks and most importantly phones (that were in bags not laying out) pretty much submerged in the water. 3 phone completely stopped working, one has to be charged at a certain angle. I just wish there was more clarification on the style of the boat. The second CON, since my phone was of no use, and i was using it for GPS purposes with the car, we turned to the GPS that came in the car for a day of checking out different parts of the island. After we got back and discussed it with Prince he then told us that sometimes the GPS craps out and it ended up rerouting us, we pretty much got lost and made it home 3 hours later. I wish we knew ahead of time that the GPS can get funky, we would have made other choices. SUMMARY: book with Prince you will not regret it, the house is very enjoyable, may local and fine dining restaurants nearby. Completely be aware of what tours you book ahead of time and use your own GPS. One of the bests hosts i have come across! Thank you Prince!

We rented his Suzuki Jimny for 10 days from Prince and it was great. It was over the xmas holiday and so most cars were booked but luckily Prince came to the rescue. He personally delivered a very clean vehicle, gave good tips on where to go and what to do during our visit in an open an honest way. Would recommend!

Spent a week at Birdie's Nest enjoying the hospitality of Prince. The one bedroom was very clean with a comfortable bed and great shower water pressure. Full kitchen and living room. Had a lovely view of the sea while I ate breakfast on the patio. Swam in the pool one morning and thoroughly enjoyed having it to myself. There were other guests in the adjacent apartment, and whom I did hear through the walls. Spent most of my time exploring Tobago and its many more bays for snorkeling, so I did not swim in the sea outside the guesthouse or sit on the beach directly in front of the guesthouse. I did venture down the dirt slope to the beach one morning to jog the length of the beach (maybe a mile round trip give or take) though Prince is in the process of building stairs to more easily access the beach. It's a lovely view, though there are so many other beaches that are more suitable for relaxing on the sand and less rocky areas for swimming. This is a very residential area, though the guesthouse is secured within gates in its own compound at the bottom of a hill, so I felt self within the compound. There are two mini-markets in walking distance. Sea Horse and Wave restaurants were also in walking distance. The Fish Pot and Edge of the Reef restaurants are nearby though not walk-able. Mt. Irvine Beach is the closest beach with facilities and off shore snorkeling. I biked to it though it should be noted that there are a lot of hills and there is no shoulder to the road, therefore you are biking in the same lane as the cars. Prince can arrange for car rental or a driver for you, as well as snorkeling excursions. As I was leaving the island, I was advised that its best to visit Tobago without a plan and see where your vacation takes you. Something to keep in mind for next time!

We stayed at Birdie's nest for 4 days. We found the place quite unexpectedly and were warmly welcomed by the host Prince. The place is just amazing. Very clean and tidy and fully furnished spacious apartment with your own terrace right next to the beach. We were lucky enough to have been the only guests staying there at that time. So we had the pleasure of enjoying our own private pool among lovely flowers and trees. Prince was daily checking that we had everything we needed, took care of the garden and the pool while being very considerate of our privacy. He even came to pick us up late in the evening to watch the turtles lay eggs on the beach. We wished we could have stayed there much longer. It was definitely the best place we had ever been to and most warmly recommend it to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet and the romantic setting. This stay will stay in our memories forever since we got engaged by the most spectacular sunset by the pool overlooking the secluded sandy beach. We thank Prince for the most welcoming and warm hospitality and wish him all the best.
