DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENTS:

Apartment 1 - Top Floor, sleeps 5 persons

• 2 large air conditioned bedrooms with 1 Queen bed, 1 single and 1 double bed and 2 bathrooms (one en suite)
• Ceiling fans and standing fans
• Hot and Cold water, Shower/tub, face basin and WC.
• Open-plan Kitchen opens on to the Living room and patio and has a modern gas range, large fridge, microwave, coffee percolator, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.
• Large sundeck with spectacular ocean views

• Telephone with restricted dialling out

Apartment 2 - Ground Floor, Ocean View

• The entire apartment is Air-conditioned / Standing fans optional.

• 110v plugs for shaving equipment etc obver face basin
• Bedroom wth wardrobe with dressing table
• Living/ Dinning room and Kitchen area - Full Size 4 burner Gas cooker, microwave oven, 2 door fridge, electric kettle, cooking utensils, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery
• Dining table seats 4 persons

RATES

Each apartments can hold one extra person, on request - US$ 16 per night

OPTIONAL: Guests can be met at the airport on arrival for a small additional charge of US$ 12

Maid can be hired for an additional cost. Cook to prepare breakfast etc also for an additional cost.

CAR RENTAL

Mazda 323 Protégé 4 door Sedan AC 10-Disc CD changer, AM-FM tuner, ABS, 1600cc engine, power windows and steering, leather seats (great for beach lovers), automatic transmission. Its a great looking Gold Car but don't let the looks fool you  - it can take you anywhere on the outdoor terrain.

Complimentary airport collection and cell phone provided with each rental.

The price for the car is US$ 55 per day, US$ 315 per week. Prices differ on the period of rental.

       

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT requirements:

    VISA, MasterCard, Linx or Cirrus cards accepted   

A deposit will be required to confirm your reservation. The amount payable is dependent upon the duration of the booking and full details will be discussed by email.

The BALANCE is to be PAID ON ARRIVAL day.
CANCELLATION - No refunds are made. You may re-book for later dates.

METHODS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED:

Arrival time - 3:30pm (earlier if the Apartment is vacant) Departure time - 12 Noon (can be flexible if there is no immediate arrival)

Upon check in guests are required to inspect their apartment unit with the manager or his representative.
