Quoted rates are per apartment per night and are quoted in US Dollars.

Guests can be met at the airport on arrival for a small additional charge of US$12.
Maid can be hired for an additional cost. Cook to prepare breakfast etc also for an additional cost.

Terms & Conditions
Check-In/Check-Out:
Arrival time - 3:30pm (earlier if the Apartment is vacant)
Departure time - 12 Noon (can be flexible if there is no immediate arrival)
Deposit:
A deposit will be required to confirm your reservation. The amount payable is dependent upon the duration of the booking and full details will be discussed by email. The balance will be due for payment on arrival.
Cancellations:
No refunds can be made for cancellation, but guests may use the deposit against a re-booking at a later date.

- US$, Euros, Pound Sterling or TT$
- Cheque
- Deposit to Bank account (bank account details will be supplied when the booking received)
